Japanese symbol

It looks like one, doesn't it? But is it? I don't know. What would a Japanese symbol be doing painted in a door in a ruined villa in Helsinki?

Hi Maria,
don't you just love a good mystery? Is there a way to find out?

Yep! I love this sort of a thing! Hm... maybe by posting on some forum and asking if it's a real symbol?

I guess it's someone's graffiti but whether it means something or is just something someone thought looks like a Japanese/Chinese symbol is a different matter...

Hi Maria,

maybe it's only good graffiti.

Hope all is well in your life.

PS: I'm a bad blogger in this spring. Sorry for this, but I promise I'm back soon.

I don't know, but it is beautiful. Wonder what it means?

Hi Maria,

The left-most character looks a little like the Chinese character for man.

My daughter's taking Chinese. I'll see if I can ask her what she thinks!

Here's a fun fun website.
