Evening moods

Taken in a park close to my home sometime after 5 pm. I sure am glad I got the good tripod. No hope taking photos like these otherwise! Note: click on the pictures to view in larger size. The dark background of the blog makes dark pictures look a bit too... well, dark.

Absolutely gorgeous Maria! Your tripod is worth every cent of the clarity you are achieving with these photos. The ones in the park remind me of opening scenes from the Narnia film the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. They really are magical! The soft light punctuated by the street lamps is really wow! Beautiful work!

This Vallywoman really has the gift of the gab, so there is nothing left for me to say but "wow, this is great and I'm glad we've met, Maria"

Hi Koos,

Thank you! Yes, this Vallywoman certainly can use words. I'm glad we've met as well.

HI Maria,
My husband used a tripod on our recent trip to the Maritimes, and it made a world of difference to his photos. These are stunning.
